ReUI is a product of KeenThemes Inc (“KeenThemes Inc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). References to “ReUI” in these Terms refer to the website, services, and licensed materials provided by KeenThemes Inc under the ReUI brand.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ReUI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions between you and KeenThemes Inc. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
Account Terms
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
License and Usage Rights
When you purchase a ReUI license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed materials according to the terms of your specific license tier. See our Licensing Agreement for full details.
Permitted Uses
- Use in personal and commercial projects.
- Modify and customize components for your projects.
- Use in client projects within your license tier limits.
- Create end products where the Licensed Materials are not the primary value.
Prohibited Uses
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source code or components.
- Create derivative products that compete with ReUI.
- Share your license key or account credentials with unauthorized users.
- Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices.
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and materials provided through ReUI are the intellectual property of KeenThemes Inc and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable local taxes.
- Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record.
- All purchases are one-time payments with lifetime access to purchased content.
- Paddle handles tax calculation and remittance based on your location.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund:
- Contact us within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds cover the net amount we received. The non-refundable payment processing fee charged by our merchant of record (Paddle) is not reimbursable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- After 14 days, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
- Critical changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- ReUI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KeenThemes Inc and its ReUI product, including their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms with or without prior notice.
- Upon termination, your license to use previously downloaded materials survives per your license agreement.
- Account data is deleted 30 days after termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KeenThemes Inc operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
